TRACY B. STEPHENS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tracy Stephens, CEO, is one of the founders of The Procurement Centre (now Resources SCM Practice). He spearheaded the strategic transaction with Resources Connection, Inc. and leads Resources SCM Practice as a strategic business practice for Resources Connection. He also serves on the Resources Connection Global Leadership Team.

Tracy is a multi-faceted professional with more than 22 years of executive level management experience in fast paced and high growth oriented business environments. His career is marked by a combination of natural marketing talents, leadership skills and a creative management style. Tracy's business experience also includes a strong background in business development and financial management; key skills that have helped position Resources SCM Practice as the leader in the supply chain management arena. His talents also include formal training in Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques, business process reengineering, transformational supply chain strategies, effective team building and principle-centered leadership.

For several years, he has lead Resources SCM Practice and orchestrated the Leadership Team in its efforts of strategy and performance which has been recognized on a local and national level. During his tenure at Resources Connection Supply Chain Management Practice, Tracy has been actively involved in creating strategic client solutions and services by consulting with clients on analysis and implementation of supply chain management. Additionally, he has given presentations regarding these topics at many local and national seminars and supply chain conferences.
