On September 6, 2002, The Procurement Centre (now Resources SCM Practice) was honored as the 68th company on The Houston 100®, a ranking of private businesses making the greatest economic impact on the Houston area. The Procurement Centre (now Resources SCM Practice) showed a 153.5 percent growth in sales from 1999 to 2001. This is the third time we have received the honor of making The Houston 100 list since 1999.

"We are so proud to make the prestigious list for the third time." Tracy Stephens, CEO of The Procurement Centre (now Resources SCM Practice) was quoted in Houston Business Journal regarding the honor " We honestly feel like we provide our clients with what they need and that is quality people, products, and services. That combination has been the main reason we have had such a high growth rate last year..."

The Houston 100 was established 12 years ago by the University of Houston Small Business Development Center and has become a well-recognized and prestigious designation. Each year hundreds of companies are nominated and each go through a rigorous verification process. The companies are then ranked according to their percentage increases in net sales for the past three years.
