THE PROCUREMENT CENTRE APPOINTS LISA MERSHAD NIXON AND TIM ELSENBROOK TO CLIENT SERVICE MANAGERS IN HOUSTON OFFICE

Houston, Texas, December 1, 2003 - The Procurement Centre is pleased to announce the appointments of Lisa Mershad Nixon and Tim Elsenbrook to its Houston Metro office. "We are extremely excited about Lisa and Tim joining TPC as Client Relations Managers within our Houston office." said Nelson Schmidt, Houston Managing Director. "We are confident that their expertise and skill-sets will result in significant new business opportunities and we look forward to further building solid relationships within the Houston business community."

Lisa Mershad Nixon, Client Services Manager, comes to TPC from the Marathon Oil Company where she held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Lisa held the position as Manager, Contract Management Services. Lisa has over 13 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management profession. Prior to that, she held the position of Manager, Resources, Metrics and Administration.

Lisa graduated from Bowling Green University with a BSBA in Productions Operations Management and Purchasing.

Tim Elsenbrook, Client Relations Manager, has been instrumental in leading multiple TPC Supply Chain transformation projects during the past several years with a diverse group of clientele. Tim is adept in Strategic Sourcing, Program Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Metrics, ERP Development, Process Design, Organizational Design and Development, and other Supply Chain Management Solutions. Tim has more than 10 years of knowledge and experience in the Supply Chain Management profession.

Tim graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Finance.
